Controls and Instrumentation Engineer ((Process Development)

Our client, a global industrial manufacturer, is seeking a Controls & Instrumentation Engineer to support automation, process control, and continuous improvement initiatives across multiple manufacturing operations. This remote role can be based anywhere within the company's North American operating footprint and offers the opportunity to work on complex industrial systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams across Canada, the , and internationally.
Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, program, and maintain industrial control and automation systems.

Support PLC, HMI, SCADA, DCS, and Advanced Process Control (APC) applications.

Optimize plant performance through control loop tuning, instrumentation, and process improvements.
