Responsibilities
- Sending invoices to clients via email and portal platforms
- Following up on billing issues, including resubmissions and administrative re-invoicing
- Maintaining accounting records of supplier invoices, including customs broker entries, fees, and expenses
- Reviewing trial balances, monitoring investments, and generating fixed asset and inventory reports
- Handling tax requirements and managing document vaults
- Providing general support to the controlling area in various activities
- Active student of Public Accounting, preferably in evening classes
- At least one year away from graduation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Intermediate proficiency in English
- Financial support (stipend)
