Descripción y detalle de las actividadesPURPOSE OF POSITIONThe Manager Controller will take both a hands-on approach and a leadership role identifying productivity improvements and impacting the profitability of the plant and will have overall responsibility for budgetingand financial analysis and planning.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Responsible of the financial operations of the plant including reporting, analysis, forecasting and maintaining a robust control environment.
- Act as a key business partner to the Plant Manager performing ad-hoc tasks to satisfy requests and inform plant leadership of financial implications of business decisions- Prepare and analyze monthly financial results and KPI Reporting.
- Track trends and validate deviations, identify risks and opportunities and drive mitigation actions.
