Reporting into the CEO, this Controller position will have the following responsibilities:
Own full-cycle accounting (GL, AR, AP, payroll oversight, inventory, fixed assets) Lead monthly close process and ensure timely, accurate financial statements Maintain audit-ready documentation and controls Prepare lender reporting packages and support covenant calculations Strengthen standard costing discipline Validate inventory valuation and cycle count processes Improve cost of goods accuracy and margin reporting Align ERP data with operational reality Develop and maintain rolling cash flow forecasts Improve AR visibility and collections reporting Monitor AP discipline and
