POSITION: Controller/Director of Finance
MacDonald Search Group is a national permanent placement recruiting firm and we recruit on behalf of hiring companies.
Our client is a well-established and growing national distributor of industrial products selling to critical sectors such as municipal water/wastewater, oil and gas, food and beverage manufacturing, and energy and they are seeking a strategic and hands‑on finance & accounting lead to manage a team of 4 (including AP & AR teams).
Reporting directly to the President, this role will lead all aspects of accounting, financial management, reporting, planning, and business performance. This role will assume act as a general accounting handling all month & year end accounting duties so this must be part of a candidate's current day-to-day scope.
