About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven and operationally savvy Financial Plant Controller to serve as the finance leader in the Plant.
This is a high-impact leadership role for this manufacturing site and across the Region/Segment/Division.
Reporting directly to North America Regional Controller, the Financial Plant Controller will own all aspects of plant-level financial operations by partnering closely with operations, supply chain and other members of the plant staff management.
Key Responsibilities
Cost Accounting & Financial Reporting
Prepare and deliver accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual plant financial statements and management reports.
Analyze cost drivers, cost conversion variances, and operating margins to provide actionable insights to plant leadership.
Ensure timely and accurate period-end close activities.
Inventory Control
Oversee inventory valuation, cycle count, and physical inventory processes.
