Responsibilities:
1. Performs the daily Accounting and Finance operations related to the G/L and payables.
2. Manages the company's Treasury function.
3. Develops and maintains effective working relationships with all departments of the company including Production, Import/Export Compliance, EH&S and Human Resources.
4. Develops and maintains all necessary accounting policies and systems to ensure compliance with relevant accounting and tax standards.
5. Ensures that systems are set up to efficiently provide needed information to upper management and external advisors to facilitate timely filing of various regulatory requirements and returns.
6. Establishes, implements and communicates accounting policies and procedures to company.
7. Serves as liaison with external tax advisors and local Hermosillo based CPA firm.
