Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure the integrity of financial data.
• Implement improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of financial processes.
• Monitor and confirm financial condition by conducting periodic internal audits to assess compliance with policies and procedures and provide information to Management.
