**Job Summary/Overview**:**Location**:Monterrey, Mexico**Position Overview**:Establishes, implements, directs, and controls the accounting activities including data planning and development.Must take on a strong leadership role within the management of the plant and operations.In addition, monitor and advise management on the financial performance and operations of the plant.Able to lead a group of people in a department and work closely with manufacturing to analyze costs and make improvements to minimize costs.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:- Establishes, or recommends to management, major corporate economic strategies, objectives, and policies for the operations and business entity.
- Establish and implement a cost accounting system including standard costs and cost roll process.
- Establish SOX control environment.
