Control & Reporting Coordinator – Temporary (6 months)

The position: Ensure accurate and timely reporting of the financial statements according to PepsiCo Financial Policies, Local statutory rules and PGCS model.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the accounting, analysis and reporting, in compliance with US and local GAAP accounting principles, Swissco model and PGCS model. Preparation of the PepsiCo Corporate reporting in HFM, and other reporting requirements from Region/Sector reporting team.
• Frequent contact with Sector Reporting team to provide monthly information, align new requirements and validate changes in reporting.
• Perform monthly net sales calculation in coordination with sales finance and accounts receivable teams.
• Ensure correct alignment and interfaces of different systems in sales area.
• Perform analysis of different PL against YAGO or Forecast and explaining the main drivers for the differences
