Grade B - £28,598 - £33,699 – Consultation grade subject to formal evaluation under the Pay Equity Review.

Working 36.5 hours per week (shift‑based role including nights, weekends and bank holidays).

Location: Birmingham based at Priestly Wharf.

What You’ll Do

As a Control Centre Operator, you will monitor CCTV systems ensuring compliance with legal frameworks and quality standards, respond to incidents, prioritise calls and maintain accurate records while working closely with colleagues and partner agencies. The role requires calm decision‑making, excellent communication skills and the ability to remain composed during emergency situations.
