Guidepoint’s Legal team plays an important and global role across all our offices. The team provides their expertise, advise, recommendation and support to multiple parts of the business to ensure a seamless and efficient process.
What You’ll Do
- Draft, review and negotiate all types of contracts, including client and vendor agreements, non‑disclosure agreements, contract amendments and renewals, Statements of Work, data processing agreements, SaaS agreements, etc., for global stakeholders in various company locations
- Manage the Contracts Queue and coordinate all aspects of contract management
- Serve as the primary contact between the legal department and internal and external stakeholders seeking contract review, revision, copies, questions, status updates, etc.
- Respond to and manage contracts‑related questions within the Contracts inbox
- Maintain the Contract Template library and other knowledge‑management functions
