The Contracts Manager is responsible for reviewing, negotiating, drafting and interpreting commercial and government tenders and contracts, with the objective of identifying and mitigating business and contracting risks. Working alongside legal and business stakeholders, the primary focus will be on sales contracts, with secondary focus on direct and indirect procurement contracts. Contract types to navigate include contract templates, customer/vendor templates, amendments, confidentiality agreements, RFX documents, and purchase order terms and conditions (and others).
Compensation
The base salary for this role ranges between $103,760 – $142,670, with eligibility for an incentive target of 15% which is contingent upon achieving both individual and company performance objectives.
