Contracts Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage pre‑qualification and RFQs for the client contract and respective subcontracts. Provide consultation of post‑award client contract management with the Project Management Team (PMT), including handling insurances, guarantees, security, and contract notices, amendments, change requests, warranty claims, variation orders, and contract closeout.
• Collaborate with the PMT to develop and maintain subcontracting strategies, plans, and procedures.
• Support Supply Chain Management in negotiating purchase order terms and resolving claims.
• Promote high‑quality cooperation and teamwork. Contribute to a positive work environment by embracing diversity. Build diverse teams and value their varied approaches. Collaborate to achieve organizational goals and foster transparency across teams and regions.
