Responsibilities
- Handle full project lifecycle, the cost & contract manager will lead pre-contract risk mitigation and post-contract cost control, variations and forensic claims. Working closely with the Project Managers, will be deeply embedded in project teams to protect company’s interests and enhance the commercial acumen of technical leads.
- Lead commercial review of tender documents, identifying potential risks and opportunities in contract terms. Support the project team during bidding phase by providing cost analysis and risk mitigation strategies to ensure competitive and safe submissions.
- Review Tenders/ Quotations/ Schedule Of Rates submissions, Extension Of Time, Loss & Expense and Liquidated Damages claims
- Monitor and track project budgets, expenditures, utilisation and forecasts. Implement robust cost control measures to ensure projects are delivered within commercial targets and maintain healthy cash flow.
