Contract & Client Management

  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Oversee contract performance and ensure all contractual obligations are met.
  • Review, implement, and monitor service level agreements (SLAs), key performance indicators (KPIs), and contractual requirements.
  • Act as the main point of contact between the company and clients regarding contract‑related matters.
  • Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction, service delivery, and contract performance.
  • Handle client queries, concerns, and escalations professionally and efficiently.

Operational Management

  • Oversee daily operational activities related to assigned contracts.
