Contracts Manager (QS)

Lead and manage the ID & MEP Quantity Surveying (QS) team.

Oversee all commercial and contractual matters for A&A, Interior Design (ID), and MEP projects.

Prepare, review, and evaluate tenders, quotations, and cost estimates.

Develop project budgets, cost plans, and monitor project expenditure.

Administer main contracts and subcontract agreements, ensuring compliance with contractual terms.

Review and negotiate subcontractor quotations and award recommendations.

Prepare and assess variation orders, progress claims, payment certificates, and final accounts.

Monitor project costs and identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality and project requirements.

Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and Project Managers on contractual and commercial matters.
