CONTRACTS MANAGER COMMERCIAL / INDUSTRIAL PROJECTS (España)

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and leadership to develop, implement, and drive contract/claim management and risk mitigation strategies in accordance with Alstom’s business objectives, including extensions of time (EoTs), variations orders, contract amendments, and technical leadership in Signalling Projects.
• Analyze contracts to build and drive implementation of Contract and Claim management strategies, developing a pragmatic and proactive commercial approach based on contractual analysis to protect Alstom interests and meet contract and business objectives.
• Monitor projects toward contract obligations, including support to monitor project schedules toward achieving contractual milestones.
• Ensure timely issuance of contractual notices and monitor correspondence by analyzing with the Project Manager incoming and outgoing correspondence to third parties.
