Contracts Manager (Canadian Government)

Job Summary

Equinix is the largest provider of co‑location data center services in the world. The One Legal team at Equinix is seeking a Canadian Government Contracts Manager who must be eligible for a Canadian government security clearance to support Equinix’s growing federal business in Canada and must be fluent in French.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to department personnel on the handling of customer contracting issues.
• Understand, adhere to, and promote existing company ethics and compliance policies.
• Communicate and correspond directly with customer procurement and contracting officials.
• Manage active contracts and engagements; act as liaison with Equinix Sales Account Executives, Sales Engineers, Customer Service Managers, and security program officials to ensure compliance with contract terms.
