About the job CONTRACTS MANAGER. This role is responsible to provide comprehensive contract management and oversight to safeguard the interests of the Developers throughout the project's lifecycle, particularly in interactions with off-taker, EPC contractor, suppliers, and subcontractors. In addition to monitoring the EPC procurement and supply chain performance.
Responsibilities
- Administer all contracts and agreements during project execution, including handling payment claims, variation orders, and contract disputes.
- Responsible for verification of monthly payment claims, timely issue of payment response and invoices from EPC contractors & vendors
- Maintain Project financial guarantees and insurances documents, necessarily follow up internal/external to ensure validity & authentication
- Assist Project Director for final accounts settlement with EPC Contractors
