POSITION MANDATE Undertakes the research, consultations and analysis required to develop estimates and component pricing for proposals.

REPRESENTATIVE DUTIES Component Pricing Interprets documentation, specifications and design drawings to determine material and labor costs for proposals. Uses a database to gather and store proposal related data regarding labor costs, materials and production timelines. Gathers information from customers, vendors and other sources for pricing. Prepares related pricing for proposals, ensuring adequate and accurate estimates. Estimating Gathers information from customers regarding their needs/requests. Interprets information and determines potential proposal components for customers’ specific system(s). Prepares estimates for proposals using research and database information on pricing.
