Contracts and Budgets Associate II

Overview

We’re expanding across Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, Chile, and Peru, and we’re looking for a Contracts & Budgets Associate to support our expansion regionally and globally.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and negotiate regional study budgets based on study protocol requirements.
• Review, draft, negotiate, and track confidentiality agreements, master confidentiality agreements, clinical study agreements, and amendment agreements.
• Collaborate with the Clinical Operations study team to ensure deliverables align with defined study timelines.
• Work with supervisors and stakeholders to resolve or elevate contractual issues.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and contracting standards.
• Communicate status of contract negotiations and execution to relevant study team members.
