Responsibilities
- Draft purchase and sale trading contracts to ensure accuracy and alignment with contractual agreements involving third parties.
- Validate purchase and sale trading confirmations based on deal recaps and other communications.
- Identify discrepancies and draft counters with suggested amendments.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure that complex contracts are effective and mitigate risks for the company.
- Route trading contracts through the approval process.
- Manage contractual communications with external parties (mainly in writing).
- Maintain data integrity through consistent quality checks and adherence to data management standards in the record‑keeping system for all contract‑related documents.
