Opportunity

WSP is seeking an Experienced Contract Administrator to join our Supply Chain Management group in Montreal, Toronto or Calgary . This role supports a wide range of impactful project work including Mechanical, Civil, Piling, Instrumentation & Controls, Geotechnical, Heavy Haul, Utility, and other construction and site‑service contract packages. Your work helps ensure projects are delivered safely, effectively, and in alignment with client and project requirements.

Your Impact

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project contract lists.
• Source and pre‑qualify contractors to support project execution.
• Prepare bid and proposal packages, including commercial documentation.
• Issue RFPs, manage bidder inquiries, and coordinate proposal receipt.
