Responsibilities
- Maintain Electronic Contract Tracking in relation to new, existing and potential contracts
- Ensure Canadian branch compliance by collaborating with local coordinators in a timely manner
- Prepare and process electronic and hard copy bonds and/or insurance certificates as needed
- Track, research and communicate new tenders to the appropriate branch when required
- Update prequalification information
- Coordinate third‑party claims internally
- Validate sales incentive plans
- Assist with contract audit requests
- Provide detailed contract information to branches as required
- Complete daily, weekly, monthly and yearly reports
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
- Post‑secondary education in a contract administrative field is an asset
