Lead and support full contract lifecycle management activities
Prepare and administer contracts, service agreements, work orders, and purchase orders
Support sourcing activities including RFQs, RFPs, bid evaluations, and commercial negotiations
Manage change orders, contract amendments, and claims processes
Coordinate with project teams, operations, legal, and vendors to ensure contract compliance and successful delivery
Review scope changes, pricing schedules, milestones, and commercial terms
Support contractor performance management and issue resolution
Maintain contract documentation, reporting, and commercial records
Participate in project meetings and stakeholder discussions as required
