You’ll step into a live 100+ apartment project with proper guidance and hands-on exposure.
It’s a great fit for a junior already in resi who wants more responsibility and a clearer path forward.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with subcontractor letting and package administration
• Support variations, progress claims and cost control
• Prepare RFQs and review trade submissions
• Keep project records up to date across Cheops and site platforms
• Work closely with the commercial and delivery team on day-to-day project matters

Skills & Experience

• 1–3 years in a CA or Junior CA role within construction
