Position Summary

Facilities Management is entrusted with the development, care, maintenance, and operation of Colorado State University’s physical properties. Job Duties

• Review and verify submitted Certificates of Insurance and bonds for compliance with State Office of the State Architect, State Building Delegee regulations and CSU Risk Management requirements; acquires missing or incomplete information.
• Issue Notices to Proceed for Design and/or Construction at project milestones and upon receipt and approval of code compliance, drawings, and specifications. Request Building Inspection Record as needed by code compliance.
