Department: Contracting Reports To: General Manager / Country Director Location: Madrid, Spain. Role Purpose. To establish, negotiate, and maintain strategic partnerships with tourism suppliers throughout Spain while securing the most competitive commercial conditions for the company and its clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, evaluate, and contract tourism suppliers throughout Spain
- Negotiate rates, allotments, payment terms, cancellation policies, and added-value benefits
- Maintain strong supplier relationships
- Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking
- Review and renew supplier agreements
- Monitor supplier performance and service quality
- Support Product and Operations departments
- Attend trade fairs, workshops, and supplier meetings
