The Role

This role centers on the meticulous maintenance and accurate updating of Authority Templates (AT), which are legally binding real estate agreements between vendors and agents. Daily responsibilities involve managing the AT board, processing user‑submitted changes across HTML, PDF, and JSON formats, and conducting rigorous quality assurance. The role requires strong attention to detail and disciplined execution to juggle multiple high‑priority tickets and ensure all document updates are implemented flawlessly and without delay.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage the accurate and timely execution of AT updates across HTML and PDF formats while owning the AT board to prioritize high‑priority tickets and maintain clear visibility into project progress.
