Contract Technical Recruiter - Build Pipelines & Qualify

Shark Helpers is seeking a Contract Technical Recruiter to join our fast-paced team in Colombia. You will manage client accounts, starting with Palantir and Sierra, and own both inbound qualification and proactive sourcing to fill critical technical roles.

In this role, you will conduct qualification calls, guide candidates through the application process, build strong talent pipelines, and ensure a high-quality candidate experience from first contact to submission.
