What you will be doing:
- Draft and prepare RFI/RFQ/RFP and contract documents for assigned projects. Conduct comparison and analysis of responses, provide and implement recommended strategies to ensure optimal results, and oversee these arrangements through to final completion of the work.
- Manage contracts and process amendments to ensure compliance and alignment with business objectives.
- Assist in coordinating and facilitating contracts negotiation.
- Support negotiations with suppliers on pricing, delivery schedules, performance guarantees, liquidated damages, and general terms and conditions.
- Identify and recommend appropriate contract language based on project requirements and risk assessments.
