Contract Specialist
Location: Calgary, Canada
Employment Type: Full‑time
The Contract Specialist role will support the NA Sales team. The Contract Specialist will prepare and assist sellers with the contractual documents needed to purchase AVEVA products and services. The specialist reaches out to all necessary stakeholders until the contract is delivered and duly signed by all parties. The role is based in Calgary, Canada and will mainly cover North America. The person will be integrated in the Americas Contract Management team, but is part of a larger global team.
Responsibilities
- Ensure contractual templates are properly released, applied and corporate policies are followed in contracts signed with clients.
- Issue standard contracts and fill contractual templates.
- Review non‑standard contracts and follow up on contractual negotiations with the legal department and other internal stakeholders.
