CONTRACT SHIPPING EXECUTIVE NEEDED/$3500/URGENT!

We are hiring under Recruit Express Services. You will be deployed to Kim Chuan Drive (3 bus stops from Bartley MRT).

Start ASAP to 1 year contract.

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM.

$3,500 per month.

• Coordination Across Departments : Collaborate with various teams to ensure accurate shipment and order fulfillment.
• Preparation of Shipping Documents : Work with freight forwarders to arrange documentation, such as CCP & CO. Verify invoices against Sales Order confirmations and pick lists.
• Shipment Logistics & Coordination : Prepare Shipping Instructions for freight bookings, including flight scheduling based on customer requests. Coordinate cargo collection date and time with freight forwarders.
