Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment across a range of technical and corporate IT roles
- Source and screen candidates for a wide variety of technical positions
- Build strong candidate pipelines through LinkedIn sourcing, ATS applications, and referrals
- Proactively research and recommend new sourcing strategies to attract active and passive candidates
- Assess candidate skills, experience, and competencies to make informed hiring recommendations
- Initiate and lead recruitment intake/kickoff meetings to understand role requirements and clarify technical skills and competencies
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, including initial phone screenings and panel interviews
- Partner with hiring managers to guide decision-making and ensure an efficient hiring process
