Responsibilities
- Attend to walk-in guests
- Booking of meeting rooms
- Arrange for local and overseas courier
- Attend to incoming calls
- Handle all Facilities-related procurement including sourcing of quotations
- Handle all renewal of maintenance contract for office equipment etc.
- Ordering of monthly beverages
- Work closely with pantry lady to ensure theres sufficient supplies for staff
- Keep records of equipment loaned out to staff (not frequent)
- Ensure that whiteboard markers are replenished regularly in the meeting rooms
- Collection of postal mail and distribution letters to staff
- In charge of gifts declaration, update gifts received and whereabouts of these gifts
