NPI Planner & Scheduler – Camp-Based Rotation

Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Contract Non Process Infrastructure (NPI) Planner and Scheduler in the Energy / Oil & Gas / Industrial Operations in Calgary, Alberta.

Location: Calgary, Alberta. Responsible for planning, coordinating, and optimizing maintenance and small projects across non-process infrastructure at a remote oil sands site. Supports roads, utilities, facilities, and aerodrome operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule trades and service providers for infrastructure maintenance activities.
• Develop and manage CMMS-based preventive maintenance programmes.
• Prepare detailed work packages including labour, materials, tools, and cost estimates.
• Coordinate corrective maintenance and small project execution.
• Create and issue work orders, service requests, and purchase requisitions.
