(CONTRACT) Material Logistics Agent - Montreal

Responsibilities

• Ensuring adherence to production schedules and, if necessary, coordinating catch‑up plans with all stakeholders.
• Ensuring that required parts and materials are present on the assembly line on time.
• Defining and documenting the strategy for production kits.
• Communicating information about shortages and working closely with procurement and manufacturing logistics teams.
• Interacting with multiple cross‑functional teams (Logistics‑Supply Chain, Methods, Industrial Engineering, Quality, Production, etc.).
• Participating in improvement projects (Operational Excellence, 5S, Cost and Inventory Reduction, Value‑Added Production, etc.).

Qualifications

• One (1) to five (5) years of experience in the logistics field.
• Bachelor degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management or an equivalent college diploma with relevant work experience.
