**Role Overview**:
The execution contract and claim manager (ECM) is responsible for providing project support in the form of competent specialist consultancy activities for contract and claim management.
The ECM must ensure the implementation of back-to-back conditions of the customer contract to the subcontracts.
Furthermore, the ECM supports the Project Manager & Commercial Project Manager for the implementation of a change management (incl. claim) process in the project.
The ECM reports to the CPM.
