Responsibilities
- Prepare and monitor project budgets and cash flow, adjusting projections as and when needed.
- Handle all pre and post contract matters independently, e.g., project tendering, tender interview, liaise with project stakeholders, progress claims, variation orders and final account.
- Work with operations to plan and implement standards, initiatives or best practices e.g. new system.
- Map existing workflow and identify key changes for new initiatives to be implemented.
- Collaborate and coordinate with internal support functions to drive operational and service standards.
- Follow up and monitor the standards, initiatives or best practices implemented.
- Perform routine and ad hoc site inspections to ensure site operations meet contract and service standards in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.
