Contract Manager

Position: P&C – Contract Location: Navi Mumbai Job Accountabilities: Responsible for lining up all category vendor and supplier for Contract as well as supply related to development & maintenance of Water Bodies, Swimming Pool, Big Lake/Ponds, etc. Preparation of RFQ for package during project as well as for Annual Maintenance Contract. Understand the Rate Analysis & Prepare Internal cost estimation. Handling various interaction meetings with all stakeholders. Co-ordination with cross functional team related to requisition to payment cycle. Following up with supplier and vendors for status update, expediting of delivery, payment etc. Skills Required (Knowledge and Skills): Negotiation Drafting & Communication Costing Interpersonal Skills Multi-Tasking Adoptive to changes Key Attributes (Experience and Qualifications): Must have 5 years Contracting & Procurement (both) experience in Handling Water Feature, Ponds, Swimming Pool, etc. related to high end Real Estate Development.
