Position Overview: This position is responsible for assisting the Client Service Manager in all aspects of Paladin business within a particular contract. Working closely with the Client Service Manager (CSM), the Contract Manager will be expected to learn the details of the sites in the contract and be available to answer questions, concerns from the client and from staff, as well as perform investigations and implement changes in order to meet and exceed the client’s changing expectations. The Contract Manager is expected to oversee and coordinate supervisors, as the communication link between them and the CSM. Any deficiencies or site issues must be reported to the CSM via email immediately so that a proper paper record is created.
