Position Responsibilities

1. Central Intake, Triage & Case Assignment

   Monitor and review new sourcing requests within the central case management system. Validate category taxonomy for all incoming requests to ensure accurate downstream routing and prevent pipeline friction. Allocate resources by assigning cases to the appropriate Sourcing Specialist based on spend category, complexity, and current workload. Drive SLA compliance by ensuring high case assignment accuracy and timely acknowledgment to requesters. Facilitate alignment by scheduling (and occasionally leading) initial kick-off meetings with business stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and sourcing strategies.
