Contract Management Specialist

We are looking for a Contract Management Specialist.
Based in Mexico City or Tlaxcala-Puebla.
This position is responsible for receiving, analyzing, entering, and following up on Prysmian's sales orders and commercial contracts.
This role is crucial to ensuring contract planning and fulfillment from negotiation through execution to closing, guaranteeing quality customer service.
Additionally, the contract manager must identify consumption patterns and support the development of strategies that optimize sales, as well as operations and the supply chain.
Job responsibilities-
- Enter and follow up on Customer purchase orders in designated systems (OET and SAP).
- Be a source of contact for customers, ensuring accuracy, quick responses to questions and problem solving.
