SOW Initiation and Processing: Draft, track and manage updates/revisions for Statement of Work (SOW) packets which includes SOW, services estimate, risk checks and defined approvals from draft to execution Create SOW by leveraging approved templates or create custom SOW where needed Adhere to defined writing guidelines and guardrails Clarify SOW requirements with as needed Manage contract risk and escalate to in accordance with contracting procedures Review and process SOWs following defined contracting procedures for PSO through backend systems Process SOWs through defined approval chains and escalate to approvers as needed in accordance with defined contracting procedures Create and close subcontractor SOWs (inbound contracts), if applicable Ensure SOWs are compliant with legal, sales compliance standards and local laws Opportunity Management Validate and configure opportunities and quotes in backend systems Order Form Processing: Generate legal agreement (Order Form) Manage Order Fo...
