Position Responsibilities

1. Sourcing Intake & Strategy Formulation

   • Manage highly sensitive case intakes while applying strict access controls to ensure data compartmentalization.
   • Partner with business stakeholders to securely validate requirements and gather documentation.
   • Create and present Opportunity Overviews (OO) outlining baseline spend, market constraints, and the proposed sourcing strategy for approval.
   • Act as the sole Case Owner in procurement tools, maintaining impeccable, restricted-access records and unique identifiers to provide real-time, secure visibility into the sourcing pipeline.

2. Confidential End-to-End RFx Execution

   • Conduct discrete market research to pre-qualify suppliers.
   • Lead the preparation, drafting, and secure distribution of comprehensive RFx bid packages using Google-approved e-sourcing tools.
