One of our Direct client is hiring two Contract Conformance Specialists for a newly formed Contract Center within supply chain management, with positions available in Edmonton AB, Calgary AB, or Houston TX.

Key Qualifications

• 7+ years’ experience managing complex contracts, specifically red lines and terms & conditions
• Strong experience with master service agreements, engineering services agreements, and construction agreements
• Vendor contract experience required - all contracts are with vendors to ***
• Excellent written skills, reading comprehension, and communication abilities
• Legal background or experience working with legal teams preferred but not required
• Supply chain experience preferred, though contracting experience in other departments acceptable if working with vendors
