As a Contract Management Associate (Fixed Term) , you will support the successful execution of the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) Project initiative by ensuring timely contract system enablement, accurate Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) conversion, and reliable contract data management. You will work closely with the Contract and Vendor Management team, internal buyers, and corporate services to deliver results, create positive community impact, and develop your skills in a supportive, purpose-driven environment.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Contract Intake and System Encoding: Secure approved agreements from buyers, log details into a centralized monitoring template, and upload contracts into enterprise systems (e.g., Oracle Fusion) with complete metadata.
