Conducting thorough investigations of internal systems and online storage locations to compile comprehensive records of supplier relationships, including agreements, amendments, orders, and spending patterns over time
Interpreting / analyzing software licenses and service agreements, plus their associated SOWs, quotes, and purchase orders, working without benefit of legal or financial support resources
Drawing internal requirements, timelines, and budgets from internal stakeholders to plan negotiations, then drumming up consensus for those negotiation plans
Executing negotiations plans with external vendor teams, leading compromise formation and driving to agreed outcomes
