Job Summary

The Contract Management Analyst is responsible for the administration, coordination, and operational management of the company’s contract lifecycle management (CLM) process within Strategic Procurement. This role serves as the primary administrator for the company’s contract management system and supports the intake, routing, approval, execution, reporting, and archival of contracts across the organization. The role partners closely with Procurement, Legal, Finance, Internal Audit, and business stakeholders to ensure contracts are processed efficiently, routed appropriately, executed in accordance with company policies, and maintained within a centralized repository. The Analyst plays a critical role in maintaining governance, version control, reporting accuracy, approval integrity, and overall operational effectiveness of the contract management process.
